Congress addressed the potential issue on Wednesday about the intent of the bailout package. Some fear that these corporations will take the loan and acquire other banks and even pay the upper level executives. This bailout package is intended to stimulate the economy not complete the transfer of wealth. Its truly sad that our congress even has to utter these words to corporate America. We should all take a step back and examine the level of greed that it would take to use a rescue package for one's own personal uses.
